- If goods are faulty/damaged we are happy to either refund in full or exchange subject to stock availability, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and send as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Return shipping costs are for the returning party.
- When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original freight.

- Custom made items will not be accepted for returns or refund unless there is a sizing error, delivery mistake or manufacturing defect.
- For our shipping service, we use shipping service from ThailandPost which is reliable and has 100% insurance on what you have ordered.
- Also you can track the goods by adding the tracking number in www.thailandpost.com after we have given you the tracking number.

- All orders are sent via Thailand Post and delivery time will vary depending on distance of destination. Please note that during sale and holiday periods there may be some delay in the dispatch of orders. All orders are sent via Thailand Post.
